El Castello Altar by bluebooth El Castello Altar by bluebooth
A rejected map from our upcoming commercial game "Res Judicata".
Not all tiles are unique assets - this tileset was a mash-up of my own tiles and those of others.  It would have been completely redone prior to release.
Credits to Enterbrain (non-unique assets)

It's not a great layout, but it does show off the detail pieces I made quite nicely.  I'm happy enough with this to put it up here in the hopes that someone else finds it useful.  Cheers!  You are free to use this map as long as credit is given.

Thank you, I'm glad you like it, RaZziraZzi !  I was trying to emulate what the Mayan empire might have looked like at it's peak.  So lots of elaborate but simple patterns for detail work, and a gold emphasis.

Hey, I have that tile...somewhere, deep within the recesses of my resource cache. Or at least it looks really similar to one I have, at any rate.

Tell me that Quetzlcoatl is animated, please! That would be so wicked if it were (but not terribly likely, I know.)

Some tiles are borrowed, would love to know who to credit them to!

The wall pillars, trim, door, water pool, and stairs are all custom.  Quetzalcoatl sadly isn't animated.  That would be awesome!
